We make every effort to ensure our product information and photography is accurate however slight variations in colour and size may occur.

Returns Policy

I hope you will be pleased with your purchase however I will only refund or exchange any items that have arrived broken. I ask that you provide photographic proof of the condition in which it was received, showing all the original packaging as well as the item.
Returns must be reach me within 14 days and I ask that customers contact on 07795408974 or email me at cintahandcraftedjewellery@gmail.com to advise me of the return.
You must obtain a certificate of postage as I cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach me.

I do not refund the original postage (if any) and customers are responsible for the cost of postage on the items they return, unless we have come to an arrangement.
